ESM Course – ( Engine System Manager )

Brief Description:

ESM is primarily intended as an introduction to engine management. This course will familiarize technicians with all aspects of setup, operation & service of Waukesha engine system manager controls. The topics covered in this course provide a general overview of the theory and components associated with engine management, safety, electrical requirements, air fuel control, troubleshooting, remote & local monitoring and shutdown to identify a few. We recommend that you bring a maintenance laptop Pre-loaded with ESP where possible.

The course now includes: AFR1 - AFR2 - ESM1 - ESM2

 

Target Group:

Field Technicians, Service Leaders, any Individuals whom support operation, maintenance and monitoring of Waukesha Engines or any individual whom contributes to the packaging of Waukesha engines. The content covered in this course is theoretical in nature. Participation in this training course will give you insight into the features, functions, operational conditions and troubleshooting associated with the control systems linked with the management of Waukesha engines. The course includes guided instruction on educational simulators.

 

Pre-requisites:

GET - Gas Engine Technology course passing grade is required before ESM training can be taken.

 

General Course Information:

Every participant will receive the relevant training material at the beginning of the course.

Beverages and lunch will be provided on each full day of class.

 

Note: lunch is the student's responsibility for class days that end at noon.

Students staying at the Grand Riverside Hotel will receive a complimentary Breakfast Buffet.

Evening dining is the student's responsibility.

 

Dress Code: Casual. Jeans, tennis shoes, and t-shirts are acceptable. Because you will be visiting an industrial manufacturing and service shop, sandals, open toed shoes, shorts, and ripped jeans are not permitted.

Free transportation from Phitsanulok Airport to the Hotel is provided when flight details have been communicated to us in advance.
